Who we are
Winterflood Jersey Limited (WJL) is an international subsidiary of Winterflood Securities Limited (WSL), a market leading UK specialist in execution services and provider of institutional dealing and custody services. WJL is authorised and regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to hold client money and safeguard assets on behalf of our clients.
WJL was established due to demand from existing group clients and enquiries from prospective clients who wanted an alternative; a provider that is a partner and works to implement solutions designed around the bespoke needs of the client.
Our mission is to help solve problems and ease regulatory and administrative responsibilities via secure, integrated and bespoke end-to-end solutions. Execution quality and excellent service at every level is at the core of our business.
What we do
WJL provides an institutional dealing and custody service through our EOS platform, a proprietary system developed in-house which provides for an integrated electronic solution using the latest technologies based on micro-service architecture, making the platform easy to scale and deploy new functionality.
The EOS platform automates trading in international equities, fixed income, ETF’s, investment trusts, structured products and collective investment vehicles. The service includes administrative functions such as safe custody, settlement and reconciliation, income collection, corporate actions processing and reporting.
