We are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Croucher as Commercial Officer at Winterflood Business Services (WBS). Croucher will join the WBS management committee with a primary focus on driving revenue and contributing to the continued maturity of the WBS business.
In this new role, Croucher takes responsibility for expanding client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and overseeing seamless client implementations. Croucher brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the executive team. With a proven track record of delivering results in client-centric roles, Croucher's appointment signifies WBS's commitment to improving client outcomes and delivering growth.
Croucher arrives at WBS with a wide breadth of experience reflecting a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the evolving platform industry. Prior to joining WBS, Croucher most recently held the position of managing director for EMEA at Morningstar Investment Management. He was also chief operating officer at Bordier & Cie for six years, and chief operating officer at Skandia Investment Group for 16 years, further honing his expertise in delivering operational excellence and driving sustainable growth.
