Offshore and Onshore Trustee Custody and Trading

Corporate Dealing Account
Our recently launched Corporate Dealing Account provides senior members of the corporate client the ability to hold and trade stock in their employing/founding company. This will include Founders, Executives, Board Members and Non-Executive directors and offer first class execution facility for market transactions, from onboarding to execution and settlement.
We provide a first-class high touch client experience managed by experienced and knowledgeable team with a dedicated client relationship team.
We will also engage with the appropriate members of the leadership team at the issuing company to ensure governance and reporting requirements are monitored and adhered to. This will and can include Company Secretarial, Finance, Treasury and HR teams.
The account will include and provide the following:
- Access to a secure online portal for full visibility of holding, transactions, documents, and valuations
- Dedicated Client Relationship team with direct email and telephone numbers
- Sensitive order management execution
- Ability to execute through clients Corporate Broker
- Prompt order updates and confirmations for RNS reporting and Corporate Governance
- FX at point of trade
Share Schemes (Executive and All-Employee)
